we should probably do it in july...i put on a big firework show for the 4th...it would be cool to boat around the bay and catch fireworks at all the major towns.

Set a date so I know when I have to have a boat by... and does the boat need to have a cabin in it or are you providing a room? :D

Thanks Mike. You gave me somemore great information as well as everyone else. I will post here when I'm coming up in Feb or Mar. and as it gets closer to summer.

Plans are set. Going to be heading up April 1st to the 3rd...Possibly to the 4th. Anything going on that weekend?

in terms of events, i dont think so. someone on here probably knows better than me. As far as I am concerned, Newport is a ghost town until memorial day weekend.

Once memorial day weekend hits it is crazy until labor day weekend. For me, those are the official start and stop weekends of the summer.

Heading up this weekend. Anybody heading out for drinks over the weekend let me know. Maybe we can get together. Also looking at a boat while I am up there.

If you want to venture 20min north to Bristol I'll be out and about and possibly even Newport. I have a quick match on saturday but can show you some of the building at Outerlimits.
