Bass ackwards is a blow boat race, but the party spills over all weekend on the sandbar behind bassetts island in Bourne. Pretty chill raft up scene on a huge sandbar. Last year at least 400+ boats anchored and the band on the barge plays. More info on kingman yaucht center website. Few good bars around there, transient slips, 93 octane

I know... I've been busy, and honestly a lazy sh!t about taking the 10 mins to throw pics up. Ill get to it this week. Just dropped off for glass work so I've got some b4 pics and in ten days ill have some after. Inner u know Frank gallow he is a good old friend , works for c.h. was in sales in TX now back in n.e.

sound familar is he out of weymouth shop or corporate in norwood, mass.

Have not missed it in the last 4-5 years.It is a blast for sure,we look forward to it as one of our favorite weekends of the summer. But I did here that this year is not going to be the same.Probably no band,and a large police presence. We will be there regardless.Probably sleep on the boat. We just need someone with a killer stereo and I-pod selection.:drink:

Ya I guess I assumed it would be the same as usual. Also assumed cop presence would go up, although I haven't really seen any major issues in the past.
I'm goin to call in the a.m. and see what the real deal is.
