Is Lakeville as good as it sounds?

Looking for someplace closer to test out my boat. Lk Webster, Fall River and Boston Harbor are all about an hour away for me. I heard Lakeville, which is closer, was a good place to go. I looked on Google Earth and saw the ponds/lakes. Are the boat-friendly? Depth? length? ramps? rocks?

Long pond is good but shallow. Max about 10 feet. Nice state ramp on rt 18 laleville / freetown line . All other lakes are water supplies and mo power boats.
