The run is approximately 60-62 miles up to the Hudson river to Old Savannah Restaurant. Due to limited docking space at the restaurant we are limiting the number of boats to (50). The first (50) boats that contact me (Chris or Jonathon) , you can respond to this thread with commitment of attending, and mail a check to ( Chris Torin - 215B Mountain Rd. Pasadena, MD. 21122) covering your total number of crew members for lunch (additional crew members added the day of the run can pay when arrive to Stony Point Marina), marina launching fee and photography cost. There will be a waiting list created past the (50) boat total....I will contact those on the waiting list if any spots open up. We ask for advance payment to make things easier on Jonathon and I. This is a FUN Run and we too want to have fun. Jonathon and I have given a deposit for the helicopter and Tim Sharkey as well as the restaurant for lunch. If for any reason you are not able to attend, (things come up as we all know), I will mail you your monies back. The event cost is a flat fee...NO EXCEPTIONS !!!. Please understand if there are any mechanical break downs or whatever once we get going and you are not able to make it to lunch or get photos of your boat that there are NO REFUNDS!! We have worked very hard to get this event organized so ALL have a great day on the water. We want everyone to understand that getting payment up front is to make things easier on us because now with the attendance level of this event it just is too much to deal with the day of the event. We look forward to seeing all of our old and new friends soon. We appreciate everyone's involvement and assistance with getting payment to us in advance.
See everyone soon,
Chris Torin ( Badmonkey)

Photography/Video Fee covers the (Labor) to shoot the event and all of the Video Editing time and distribution of the final edited video will be via Youtube. Same way it was done last year.
Still photography merchandise will be available for purchase on my website after the content has been processed.
Total cost including helicopter $5,000 based on a minimum 50 boats at $100 per boat.
Update: The number of boats has been increased to 60.
If we can get 60 boats, that's more helicopter time and video to shoot.
Either way, it is bound to be a great run as it always has .
Get them signed up asap please.
Thank you!

Hello guys, sorry I haven't been on o.s.o. Thanks Chris for putting up the post. I just spoke with the restaurant we are going to up the number of boats to 60. I am holding these spots for the first 60 pre paid boats. After 60 boats , we will have a waiting list. If anyone drops out we will return their money and take the next boat on the list. I would love to have an unlimited number of boats, but its just not doable at the restaurant. I hope everyone understands. The reason for pre payment is just to hold your spot as well as making Saturday morning easier on chris and I. If any boats over 60 would like to make their own arraignments at the town dock just down the road from the restaurant (walking distance) that would be fine. Thanks everyone. If there are any questions you can call me at 914-447-5128.

Kendall,
I do have a paypal account but have never received payment thru it. I really do not know how it works. Please give me a call on my cell at 443-306-4489 on Thursday (8/25/2016) and we can work it out. I guess if you help me with it I can make that option available for anyone that would also like to do it.
Thanks, Chris
