First clip.... That white 69 chevelle, ran 9.50 on motor back in 1983 at Union Grove !!!

Our white 67 Camaro ran 10.50 at US 30 in 1981, and then 9.80's later at Union Grove in 1983.

The name "Ten Years After" on the Camaro, came from my brother. He got the Camaro, 10 years after I first bought it. :D I bought it back in 1971, and he owned it in 1981. That's when I started to take an interest in boat racing. :rolleyes:

Frank, that was awesome. Nicely put together.
Us 30 Dragstrip had to close down shortly after that. I actually thoughtit was closed in 83. There was a guy in our church that had a purple camaro that ran in the 10s. He did a lot of racing around then. His name was Roger Owens. And another friend that I played a lot of basketball with that raced a green Dart that Ithink was in the 9s, Al Lily. Al must've been more in the late 70s though.
