Hammond does it again!
 

The latest in what seems to be an interminable string of clusterfuks once again leaves me wanting some input from my fellow Hammondites. I received my bill in the mail yesterday for the 2008 season. I decided to move from my 35' N Dock slip up to a 45' V dock slip (for future purposes...and so I could harass BZ all the time), and was expecting to pay the $3315 fee from the 2006 season...as we who left the marina this year to return in 08 were promised frozen rates. My bill, however, went up another $300...to $3615...PLUS the additional $350 fee to have a Hydrohoist (don't even get me started on how asinine that is...). I know BZ had the same problem... Anyone else?
I'm going to be out of the office much of today, so I don't know if I'll have a chance to call my "friends" at the Marina office, but tomorrow, if you see a column of smoke coming from that area, you'll know they heard from me.
I'm sick of this $hit.

The only good thing I read in all of that is at least you're planning for expansion.:D

I got my bill yesterday and it is $3385.00 including the lift for a 40 foot slip.
Yours is higher because of the 45 foot slip. You pay for the size of the slip not the size of the boat in it.

Yeah Mark, I know. You should look back at the 2006 prices that they said would be frozen...$3315 for a 45' slip.

Yours didn't change (adding in the Hoist charge), so why did mine??? Dan's didn't change either, neither did Michelle's parents.

Be glad your slips are'nt in Chicago. A 40' slip is around 7K a season, and a 50' slip is just short of 8K. :rolleyes: Sick bastages, phuck that Daley J/Off.

Dun got my billin' from the folk at Hammond which was $3615.
I guess since I'm sorta of a newb to bean a slipholder they would "slip" the meat to me right off.
I'm ass signed to slip number #210.
Sure holp the neighbors are friendly .
Anyone have any ideal who de would be?
