HydroHoist

I've decided to sell my 20,000# HydroHoist boat lift. Its located in slip V-1 at the Hammond Marina. I thought I would let the locals know before I put it in the classifieds. Contact me know if your interested.

Roger

Pullin' the rug out from under the boy, eh Rog? ;)

Quiet Storm 09-11-2008 11:45 AM

Na, He told me he wants to get out and see other places so he won't be keeping the boat at Hammond next year.:boat:

I was thinking about taking the bunks off and making a house boat out it but I'm sure the marina would want to charge me more for that.

sommerfliesby 09-11-2008 11:59 AM

I've been thinking the same thing, actually. Not sure Hammond is worth the $$ anymore.

Ditto!

Marina Shores in Portage is pretty decent. I always hated the drive into Hammond, Portage seems better.

Besides, its quiet there, I need some people to party with on the weekends, haha.

Mark,

Your boat is looking great. We saw you going by boaters on Labor day and it looks sweet. :ernaehrung004: .

Payton 09-13-2008 08:52 AM

Thanks:ernaehrung004:

So as not to hyjack this thread:cool: , you guys can't all leave Hammond. We won't have anyone left to pick on.

I think Hammond is a good marina and it should be great after the casino gets all the junk out of the parking lot and things are finished up.

I don't know of any other marina on this side of the lake that allows HydroHoist. That's a big plus.

Hey Mark, I'd like to see that new paint but I don't get down to the marina that much anymore. Being 90 miles away and boatless sort of took the desire away.

Tristar Racing 09-17-2008 08:05 PM

I do my boating when I can with friends or on my parents boat. I almost swore off boating a few years back after some bad experiences, but news of a new SR Pachanga brought me right back into wanting my own floating money pit.

Hopefully next year Ill have my own boat to sink funds into, which will most likely be docked at Marina Shores...

Actually Roger, Marina Shores also allows hydrahoist. I would love to have my boat on a hoist. But, not this year yet.

Quiet Storm 09-19-2008 11:46 AM

Mark, Do you have to own the slip to have a hoist there?

Yes. I just know since my parents have a slip there.

Payton 09-19-2008 05:36 PM

Well, you ccan rent them for the season also. The condos haven't sold as fast as they had hoped.

Tristar Racing 09-21-2008 10:34 PM

I read that wrong, Im not sure but I can check the next time Im at the marina.

Quiet Storm 11-03-2008 06:37 AM

I got an offer of $4000.00. If no one else is interested, I'm going to let it go. Sounds like a deal to me. Pictures are in the classifieds.:ernaehrung004:

candyman35 11-03-2008 10:20 AM

Sounds like a steal to me. The guy with the Donzi on T Dock should buy it. As of yesterday it was still sitting in the water :(

I saw that boat in the water last weekend and thought the same thing. That's a nice boat that could use a good lift. I should have left him a note.

sommerfliesby 11-03-2008 11:02 AM

If I had a bigger boat, I'd be all OVER that. Right now, tho, my 10k will have to do...and who knows...it might be for sale as well...

obnoxus 11-03-2008 12:54 PM

If it wasn't for work, we would be out boating today! :drink:

Get the bigger lift now so when you step up to that boat of your dreams, you won't have any problems keeping it dry.

Big boats and small lifts can get ugly.
