The only problem I have noticed with some of those downtown areas is the boat traffic not respecting the no wake areas. I have seen fellow boaters blasting through downtown oblivious to the boats tied up.
When we eat at Lawrence Fisheries my wife goes in and orders while me and my guests take care of such boaters...
