They are individually owned their is usually 1 or 2 for sale each season. The owners of the trailers rent the spot they are on yearly. Myself and a few others keep our boats in that cove right when you drive into the place.

Is the chain open for boating right now? I want to take a spin this weekend and hoping the ice is gone and there are no early season obstacles.

saw a couple of fishing boats out today but im not sure if all the ice is melted yet...

Why not run the river out of Morris or Seneca. Alot closer.

I am keeping my smaller boat at the chain. I will be using the in/out service at inland marine. Looks like I might have to wait for the ice to melt a little more.

I would be more worried about low water levels first...
