What would a 48 run with ~700 / side + Arnesons?

Know someone that is considering a project. 48 OE, no power, ASD 8 drives, I think. He's thinking about something mild, in the 700 hp / side range. What would that big beast run with that kind of power? I know OE's are generally heavy boats.
