Per the SBI Rulebook:
4.20.4. Availability - Propellers must be available to all racers within a reasonable delivery time.
Similar wording also in OSS Rules.
Question is...Why are Hering props still legal to race if nobody can get them?

Maybe if you initiate a Class vote and the majority rules it won't be an issue in '07.
