As an owners organization, OSS is owned and governed by the team owners. Each year, half of the board is up for election in a democratic vote. At the National Awards Banquet in Destin/Fort Walton Beach, OSS Board Members Billy Mauff and Stan Ware thanked the outgoing Board Members for “an incredible job, incredibly well done.”

The outgoing Board Members were awarded hourglass trophies for the “countless hours devoted to OSS.” The outgoing board members are:

At Large: Bob Teague

“You have made great strides and left large shoes to fill,” said Billy Mauff. Those filling the vacated slots are:
