Thanks BBlades and a Memorial Day Request

Too often we forget to thank those who helped us succeed. Brett Anderson at BBlades is one of those people. Not one to over-promise and under-deliver, nor one to make excuses, Brett is a true professional in the industry. His knowledge was obtained by working with legendary propeller guru Dennis Cavanaugh, and Brett's staff has a combined 35 years of experience in the performance marine industry.

Brett’s honesty and integrity are a refreshing breath of fresh air and he treats people with courtesy and respect. We’ve all heard people say that if you find a wonderful vendor don’t tell others in the racing community because they’ll use your vendor and then you’ll have lost your edge. That wasn’t the case in this instance. We heard many good things about Brett from numerous OSS racers who were glad to share their secret to help another team succeed.

Memorial Day is coming up. As you enjoy your three day weekend our team of Major Matt Jones and Lieutenant Colonel (ret.) Allen Campbell ask that you please take a moment to remember those who have died in our nation’s service. The 1915 poem “In Flanders Field” by John McRae says it best:

"In Flanders fields the poppies blow
Between the crosses, row on row
That mark our place; and in the sky
The larks, still bravely singing, fly
Scarce heard amid the guns below.
We are the Dead. Short days ago
We lived, felt dawn, saw sunset glow,
Loved and were loved, and now we lie
In Flanders fields.

Take up our quarrel with the foe:
To you from failing hands we throw
The torch; be yours to hold it high.
If ye break faith with us who die
We shall not sleep, though poppies grow
In Flanders fields."

GOD bless the Armed Forces
This should go, without saying, but sometimes
the photos truly hit home, ya know? Each and every one
of us should stand up & take notice of the undying
devotion to love and country that our armed
services have!! These young men and women,
serving our country, deserve our undying
trust, devotion, prayers, gratitude, thanks
and funding ~ something that little or none
of our returning military received when
they returned from Vietnam.
Our loved ones are truly 'in the
trenches' and deserve NOTHING BUT
our respect and admiration!:)

When a solider returns home
he may find it hard........
