Big Changes Comin Our Way
Changes at the Helm of OSS.
Date: 24 August 2007 "After nearly two years of yeowoman service as Executive Director of OSS, Misty Velasquez will leave OSS, to go back to her old haunts in politics. Before joining OSS, Misty was Director of Marketing of the Mississippi Gulf Coast BBB, and served as Media Liaison of Mississippi’s First Lady, Marsha Barbour. New leader of OSS will be Ron Polli, who has been involved with Offshore Racing since 1982. He was Director of Water Operation of the NJ Offshore Racing Association, he owned and throttled his own 34’ Phantom, “Mr. Technology.” Ron was Director of Communications and Water Operations of OPA, and worked as Offshore Editor for Extreme Boats Magazine. Stay tuned for further announcements." http://www.offshoresuperseries.com/a....php?artID=184 This is a start of great things to come. Congrats Ron and thank you Misty for all your hard work. :party-smiley-020: |

Ron, Welcome To The Group. Mike |
Misty. Thanks for your passion and hard work. Good luck with your new endevours.
Ron, make it happen! |
Thanks guys. This is a large undertaking and I hope that I'll be able to build on what Misty and the rest of the OSS team have already implemented.
I'm looking foward to the challenge and working closely with all of you long into the future. Ted, do you have a good camera? We'll see how writing for EBM and leading the OSS troops will work together. It might prove to be too much. For now, I'm off to cover the OPA race in Long Island! United We Race - and thanks for your warm welcome and support. Ron |
