I would use the ramp at Public beach # 2. It is by far the best ramp at the Lake. Its about 15 miles by water and by land from Aqua Fin and the Toad.

Saw the Hooters boat, and Amsoil on the road today

I would have to disagree with this one, I have launched at that ramp many times (with issues) we found that the ramp at Bergers Marina is TONS better and MUCH closer 1mm to the 6.5mm and a much better ride not as much traffic and not the no wake zone uner the bridge...just my .02.....pm me with a number if you want more details....BZ
