The boats from POPRA and OSS had a perfect weekend of racing at the Horny Toad in Lake of the Ozarks. The fan base was estimated at over 30,000 people that watched the race from land and sea. It couldn't have been a better weekend in any way. The people of this area are wonderfully hospitable and are looking forward to seeing the boats run again next year.

Not sure who was driving/throttling the new, but old CRC was in extreme which was light years ahead of of everyone before engine trouble and it looks like the new CRC boat was a Cat Lite 525 boat running pretty good.

We had a great time both days were awesome races and perfect weather. It was cool watching the boats dice it up and the way some guys would hold back for a bit and then make a run later to take the win.
We watched from across the lake and didn't hear if anyone was hurt in the "All Jack'd Up" shunt but from the looks of it their were two people riding in the tunnel while it was being towed to the docks. Can't wait till next year and hope they make it a normal stop on the tour. |
We had a great time! You all should be proud. What a excellent race site and it was so cool getting to hang with some of the OSS teams. Cant wait til we all race together

Pretty slick setup in Honey Party. It was pretty cool having the caps from the UK racing with us in the middle of the US.

Did anyone here what happened to CRC in Cat Extreme? They were in the lead and had to pull out. Those Merc 1200's were awesome.
