sorry SAl the Bud mystic boat had engines problems, I believe this is why they ran the MTI, maybe Dave Scott will chime in, and let us know what happened. Regardless, I am sure he will be ready for the worlds.

OK Sal & Pete - Here's what happened. Our fastest boat for this race was the Mystic. It had fresh Sterling power and was much quicker during testing than our MTI with tired engines. Anyway, on lap three of Saturday morning testing, we blew the port engine. Obviously we were disappointed that we couldn't run the Mystic because my other engines were already at Sterling being rebuilt for Key West. Regardless, we were still thrilled to have the race at LOTO and are happy that we were able to participate.

Sorry for your unfortunate luck, I have pics from Sarasota, but it didnt have the sweet paint job. I hope to at least make the weekend in KW. maybe I can get some pics then!!
