Now that what Im talking about! Gettin it done! It looks great guys and I know you have been bustin a$$ to get it done. Now comes the hard part of dialing it in. How about a pic of the interior and some of the rigging in the motor compartment. That boat looks new! Well it is now.

Just another idea for you. Build yourself a air box from the air scoop to the air cleaner to let the motor get as much air as possible. There are rules on the amount of clearance needed around the air cleaner. I believe its 2". You can make it out of aluminum or fiber glass. Does anyone have a pick of your boat that you could share with these guys?

hey Randy,Great idea but does water entering the scoop ever become an issue? Talk about busting a$$,I kept dave at my shop until 4:30am saturday night and then he had a 2 hour drive home.We are determined to get this boat to the finish line at Biloxi and hopefully not at the back of the pack.Just looking for a respectable finish our 1st time out. Then you boys better watch out!

You can build in a water dam for that reason. I didnt on my boat and am very careful on the parade lap not to get to close to others. The EFI motors are pretty forgiving and will put you into guarding mode to clean out the motor. A simple on /off/on will reset the computer. If you are in the back eating water it is a risk that can bite you. On the other hand if it helps get you just a little more hp you might not be in that prediction.
