They paid there registration to OSS yesterday to race OSS. These boats are legal in Cat Lite or 850 class.

We need headers for little speed ASAP. 850 class, Help needed. One problem after another it seems. No headers, No racing.

If you know where headers are and there not for sale, then you borrrow them but leave a IOU or check for them, Is it stealing?

Yes, but only if you take them of a competitors boat.:D

what if it is a pleasure boat that they never use, but they are also a competitor, but the will not know for maybe 2 months that they are being borrowed?
