Pier 13 Friday
 

Wil, we are actually bringing a group over to Pier 13 this Friday May 2nd (the day before the Tickfaw 200). A lot of people are coming in Thursday so we decided to put together a little "Fun Run" on Friday to kind of show some of the "out-of-towners" around. Don't know how many total boats will show up but the interest has been pretty good so far. I would guess somewhere between 10 - 20 boats. We are meeting at Blood River Marina on Tickfaw around noon and then pulling out around 1:00. Probably stop by Sun Buns and Blind River Bar on the way but we should be there between 3:00 or 4:00. Guy Ware and I have been friends for a long time. I told him to have the beer cold and the barmaids hot when this group shows up. Should be fun. I'll be looking forward to the OSO get-together too!

First, I would like to thank allof you who have supported Stan and Guy in this new adventure. We really appriciate your friendships. I just flew into town for a couple of days but I will be back by Monday. I look forward to meeting all of you. We will be out in two weeks for the lake bash.
