The JBS DOMINATION tour had its setbacks this weekend-We went through a multitude of boats to use as a replacement for the race.All options failed rite up to the last second when typhoon offered their boat to use.In the spirit of racing- OSS and Geico agreed to the last minute change.The race was full of action-it was fun in typhoons vee lite.Anyway-the new boat is coming along and we hope to continue the DOMINATION tour in Sunny Isles Beach.Thanks again Geico for allowing us to race.

Not being a d*ck, but did you recieve class points in OSS Turbine and prize money running a non turbine boat?

They did and with our blessing, who wants to win a championship without racing for it. They made the effort and we applaud them for it

The Class is called Unlimited Offshore. It is not limited to turbine power. The rules were changed for 2009.

Jeff- I don't know if you've watched Ron's slideshow yet but the picture of you driving the houseboat is by far the best....you should have taken that out on the course instead of typhoon!

That is what I was thinking but the offical results call the class OSS Turbine. No big deal either way.

I was referring to the size of the boat. Unlimited class rule is 40 ft min, but with the 29ft boat plus Jeff and Joeys ego=40+ ft in our book:lolhit:

They still would have lost . I like JBS a lot as well .But Dont go up against The AMF guys in a house boat .

Earlier in a post I noted that the race teams in the pits were awesome with the kids. The picture above is my daughter and Bobkatz boys. My kid is still talking about the races and meeting the crews. Thanks guys, it was an awesome time.
