usually by the end of the holidays and modifications about a solid ten days before st. cloud,or maybe thats when I usually get it figured out,anyway somethin like that.have had rule changes faxed three days prior.

TU, yeah we had fun down in KW....didn't even bother to look at the race boat...still no rules!...hell we don't even know what drives yet!
