Click on "Post Reply" at the bottom of the last reply...not the

Your Reply box at the bottlom of the page! After clicking the post reply ( Right side, bottom of screen) Type in your info...Subject, Text etc.... then at the bottom it has Attach Image with a Browse button. Click on the Browse button and it goes to your files. Go to the drive with your saved photos and simply click on that file name. It automatically attachs the stored picture and will post the photo.

I think their problem is deeper than that. they first have to get the photos into their computers.....
