Talk about family, Less than a week till the next race I needed help before the next race. Tony P. from Bad Boys Boats volunteers his workers to work on MY BOAT so I can race. Now thats family, Thanks Tony from me and Hollywood you guys are the best.

Scotty, I'm 5'8" maybe? Kevin is 6'1"................I was bending my legs as far as I could, Kevin was on his toes.......Don't know why......almost lost him out the back 3x's...........but had a great time, and your right......one ride in WAZZUP at thier speeds chine walking gives you big balls...but two days in a row and your ready for just about anything. Gotta go for a ride in Scotty Applegates boat, 135mph. Lots of Thanks to Kurt.......Ron P., I didn't say anything.......YOU DID!!!!!!!!!!

Saturday 6/21

4pm drivers meeting at the Aztec.
5pm all boats leave Seaside up Rt35 to Wet Pits
6pm Volunteer meeting at the Aztec
7pm Prerace party at Aztec.

Here's the run down for Sunday.

10 - 11am - pick up your crews at the Wharfside or Coast Guard station.
10 - 11am - Marine Police inspections between the Wharfside and CG Station.
11:30am - all volunteer boats to leave Point Pleasant and head to Seaside to establish the racecourse.
11:45am - Race boats leave Manasquan River Yacht Club
12:20pm - Racecourse must be established, all boats in position.
12:25pm - Race boats clear the Railroad Bridge. It closes at 12:30.
12:40pm - Race boats go out Manasquan inlet.
12:50pm - Race Start #1 - Slower Boats
12:52pm - Race Start #2 - Faster Boats
1pm - All boats to arrive at Seaside Racecourse.
4pm - Watch losers wash winners boats at wet pits
6pm - Awards Party to be held at Jimbos on the corner of Grant Ave and the Boardwalk in Seaside. Everyone is invited.

The run down the beach should be a blast. Lets see who gets to Seaside first. Since the slower boats get a two-minute head start it evens out the playing field. Last year it was Bandit over Firewater by only a boat length. This year, my money is on Firewater but Typhoon and Augie could be tough and take advantage of the two minute head start.

Captains, I'll see you Saturday afternoon at 6pm for the meeting at the Aztec, party to follow at 7pm.
