SBI / APBA in NYC
Is WPR going to race in NYC this year? Thats a pretty local race for some of us SVL northern boys. It just might be possible that some of us OSS SVL would be willing to race that race with you if you want us too. There could be as many as 10-12 teams if everybody showed up!

SBI/APBA should tie in some kind of memorial race for the 9/11 tragedy. Would help gain a bunch of respect the sport has been missing for awhile.

If any race was to be for "Charity Fund Raising" it would be nice to see it be this one!

This is a very cool race, but with safety helicopters not allowed to fly a dangerous one.

Frank,
Being its going to be a National race I'm taking there will not be a limit on how many boats show up...I was under the impression last year they were only allowed 40 boats or so... |

P.Dog
Good to see you and the other OSS SVL guys wanting to do some SBI/APBA races and from what I hear some of the SBI/APBA SVL guys are going to be doing some OSS races....thats what every class needs to do and both Organizations will win with a great turn out for the fans and the sponsors....and great racing |
Re: SBI / APBA in NYC
Hopefully the boat count limit can be lifted so it can really be a big event. I am sure the power that be will find a way to make it happen. Hopefully there can be more North East National Races up here sometime soon.
