2007 UIM POWERBOAT P1 WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP WINNING MANUFACTURER AWARDS

PRESENTED TO FOUNTAIN POWERBOATS AND ILMOR MARINE ENGINES

The Miami International Boat Show formed the backdrop for the presentation of the 2007 Winning Hull and Engine Manufacturer Titles in the Evolution Class of the Powerboat P1 World Championship as Fountain Powerboats and Ilmor Marine Engines were honored for their respective achievements during the previous season.

Reggie Fountain, owner and president of Fountain Powerboats and Paul Ray, President of Ilmor Marine Engines, accepted their awards during a presentation ceremony at the Fountain booth at the Miami show before staff, customers and international media.

Powerboat P1's senior management team of Managing Director, Jim O'Toole, and Sales and Marketing Director, Robert Wicks, were on hand to present the trophies. The award for the Winning Hull and Engine Manufacturer went to the Powerboat P1 Grand Prix of the Seas 2007 World Champions, "King of Shaves Fountain Worldwide", powered by Ilmor.

"We said we'd never go boat racing, but when Powerboat P1 appeared on our radar screen, it was clear we couldn't say no," said an enthused Paul Ray.

"P1 makes you feel like rock stars!" exclaimed Fountain Worldwide's Craig Wilson, international dealer for Fountain Powerboats, who earned the Championship title with co-pilot and offshore racing veteran, James Sheppard, "It is a great show and they make you feel like a big deal!" he said.

Fountain dominated the US racing in 2007 with several major titles and pledged its ongoing support of Powerboat P1.

"These awards prove the value of Powerboat P1 as a marketing platform for the marine industry," stated O'Toole, "We saw how the quality of the Fountain and Outerlimits teams had impacted on our racing in 2007 and we thrilled that the tough competition from the US teams and manufacturers will expand in 2008."

The Powerboat P1 Grand Prix of the Seas season will start in May in Italy and conclude in the Middle East in October. For more information, visit www.powerboatp1.com <http://www.powerboatp1.com/>

POWERBOAT P1 AND OSG OUTERLIMITS CREATE BUZZ AT MIAMI INTERNATIONAL BOAT SHOW WITH "BEST BOAT DISPLAY" AWARD

Powerboat P1 racer and OSG team owner Giancarlo Cangiano's new Outerlimits SV 43 race boat made a striking display at the Miami Beach Convention Center and helped earn Outerlimits Powerboats the National Marine Manufacturer's Award for the Best Boat Display at the show.

The company designed and built a special aluminum support to thrust the bow of the 43' Vee bottom boat straight into the air, making it one of the most photographed boats at the show.

Cangiano and his race team were at the show to celebrate the debut of the new model, specially built to meet Powerboat P1's new technical regulations.
He also announced a new sponsor, Tramontano Leathers, a top-quality, custom leather company from his native Naples.

"We plan to re-gain our World Championship title in this new Mercury-powered boat!" stated Cangiano enthusiastically, while admiring the boat with his new pilot, Outerlimits' 2007 racer, Joe Sgro. In 2007 Sgro piloted the Lucas Oil Outerlimits 40' race boat with Outerlimits president Mike Fiore and championship racer, Nigel Hook. Cangiano then decided to retire his 2006 Championship-winning boat to purchase the new Outerlimits model.

In 2008 Sgro will share the cockpit with Cangiano and is enthused about the team's potential. "After seeing how well the 40' boat performed in 2007 on the P1 circuit, Mike Fiore decided to create this new 43' hull and deck to best handle the variety of water conditions we will see in the expanded 2008 schedule. Giancarlo is very driven to win and he is certainly a great competitor so I'm sure we'll make a good team!" says Sgro.
