I think the spin occurred in St. Pete. Isn't that the old Skyway bridge in the background of the bottom pic? I was out in my 18' Donzi with Jack Stuteville's sons right in that area when that happened I think. Jack's then wife Debbie was in the rescue helicopter while Jack was in the engine compartment. She flew in too low and blew the hatch closed on Jack's head. He was pizzed.
