Class 6- Smith Brothers won over Papa Dukes then Michigan Mafia - Green Bat Boat (this could be reversed - unofficial results) Class 5- Wicked Marine won a great battle with Outrageous but both boats broke out of their speed bracket and got DQed. Leaving Typhoon to once again rule the seas and take a first place finish with Specialized in tow. Class 4- Simply Awesome somehow held off the hard charging Simmons Marine followed by Team Octane. Class 3- Wanted beat out Your In Command in one of the best battles of the afternoon Class 2- Strictly Business just couldn't catch Wazzup. One day you'll get em Louie. Class 1- On the Chip continued to dominate until a propeller fell off....fell off as in the nut wasn't tight enough....that left Traffic Light and Cintron to swap the lead several times until Traffic Light went lame and Cintron went onto win. In the PX Class, two 42' Platinum hulls went at it, Team Geico with Turbines and Team Cintron with blower motors. The Turbines had the advantage today and this was perfect water for these guys to run in. Geico 1st, Cintron 2nd. |
thanks
|
what happen to Crockette Marine in P-6 did they race? They were unstoppable at first
|
Crockett had mechanical gremlins. He said in the pits later that afternoon that he need a new engine builder or something. LOL!!!! But the Joker was running flawlessly until the gremlins set in.
|
Class 6-
Under Tow MotorCity Offshore (Green Bat-Boat) Dukes |

We had the tab that holds the alternator bracket on the front of the oil pan break off and we slowly lost all our oil. I lead the whole race and had a half lap to go when it broke and broke huge. We can save the carb and flame arrester.:D

I could not hear the engine coming apart because someone talked my ears off Saturday Nite :D just kidding V.
