Who's rules are going to be in place for all classes

This is an OPA event, and we will be inforcing the OPA rules and speeds. This time I want to run all the Class 4 boats, class 5 boats and a few class 6 boats, be preparred. Smitty

Ed are you going to attend chat that is our plan as of now.We can drag Marks azz with us and hook up somewhere on the road!:D we will hook him up to the rear TV in the moterhome and brainwash him on the 18 hr haul to BREAKOUT:D
