Well, since you are the CBPBA assistant race director, please clear this up.

There is nothing set in stone at this point, but Cambridge is still our first choice and the most desirable location. We will keep everyone informed as we firm up our location. It will be the best year yet, regardless of where it is.

And apparently I will not be assistant race director much longer...

Kent Narrows would be great, I bet a lot of these Guy's
have never been there. Lots of Performance boaters
in that area, Red Eyes really packs it in on the weekends

Great place to boat with some bumps and holes in it,also the area is great with bars and entertainment.

The Narrows races were a hoot, mostly because that was the heyday of perf boating and all sorts of cool stuff was going on. And Red Eyes has always been a generous supporter of the club and the races. BUT, all of the marinas in the Narrows are at capacity and the logistics of doing a race there became very tough. If the market really is backing off and Mears get slow and has some open slips-yeehaw- but there is very little usable space too, so you guys would have to leave all the toys home :D One boat, one car :hitfan:
