I have tried spinning in to chase after a couple more mph, and it made handling go to chit. Thanks to
Scorpion Racing Engines, we had some new power going into the worlds, with a little more juice.
That solved the problem of chasing after speed, so we opted get the handling back where it was.
Guess that's not very evident by looking at these pics, but the boat is much better mannered with
the new power. No need to trim to the moon anymore to get speed. I just need to re-think my
corner entries. :D

What?? This isn't normal racing behavior? It goes MUCH faster when there's no contact with the water
to slow you down.

Thanks again everyone.

No doubt, some of the best shots are in the water when I'm carving some tail spray in the guys face! :D:evilb:

Louie,

No one said I didn't get wet... :)

But this guy wasn't complaining after he saw this ;)

This wave reminds me of when I raced in Atlantic City back in
1988. We saw nothing but walls of water the whole time. Our average speed I think was 35mph LOL
