we had a good race going with the Papa Duke boys. MAN THAT WAS FUN!! Some good wing to wing action :D It was snotty down at the far end of the course, we cought a big hole and it just about earned me yet another OPA Swim Team sticker. SeanH had a pretty good grip on the grab handle so we stayed "somewhat" dry :D Had some tech probs with the boat immediately thereafter and came off the course :cool-smiley-011:

Wish I was there. From the calls, it sounds like everyone is having a great time!

But, some had issues with a sandtrap and one even has a black eye! (Those people will have to give themselves up. I will not reveal their identies!) See you boyz real soon!

hi mark its your neighbor Jamie. Watched the "race" in the afternoon yesterday and only looked like a practice. 2 or more pace boats out for a long time leading the laps w/ racers falling back and catching up. after about 30-45 minutes pace boats would disappear. Jt running strong. saw renegade, CRC, WHM, peppers, mercury SVL, the "black boat", teague in amsoil, 123, page & gratton, and others. Yesterday was the strangest thing we ever saw at a "race" if it was not just practice. At the south end of the course there were no patrol boats and spectators constantly on course. Rough at south end turn WHM getting the best air.

Now that we have figured out they were runnin in their own class it makes sense .... Does make sense to put JC and Jimmy in their own class ... they are unlike anybody else :drink: Congrats Guys! and Congrats to Dave and Sean for winning in their class too:cool:

There were 100 boats parked on the course so to get them off they ran an hour of testing first. I think you were watching practice since Bud, WHM and Peppers did not race on Sat., they only tested.

It was a great time and I did get out in Chris' Grey boat for the race on Sat.

It was so good to have all you bat boats run with the SVL boats in the 2X2 start. I hope we can do more of this style racing in the future. Talking to fans after the race they all seemed to like the concept of putting faster boats in the back and working your way up. It added passing and changing of positions for the whole race.

I need to thank a bunch of people for making my trip to havasu worthwhile.The Adrenaline Rush team was unable to compete this weekend due to numerous leaks in our gas tank.We hauled the boat all the way out there with the intent of finishing it when we got there.Randy,pudge,Dad and all of the Typhoon crew busted there butts trying to get this boat ready to race,only to stop after repairing the 4th leak.I think they would have kept going on it till sunday night if I didnt tell them to hang it up late saturday night.Dont worry she"ll be ready by the next race.Thanks Randy schluess for letting me run with you in Saturdays race.Thanks Chris Reindl for the use of your bat boats on friday,That really helped get the guys spirits up.Thanks Glassdave for the excellent glasswork(to bad we had to tear it out again on the 3rd leak).I'm glad to be part of such an awesome group of people.See you at the next one!
