I went for my physical today, and they didnt know what a CDL physical was:Whatever:, what do I need to run class 5 with trent??

Wow, first off you need a new Doctor. Google CDL or FAA physical and you can print off the forms or use the one on www,powerboatP1.com although their physical requirements are much much more strict over there. Any CDL or FAA physical will work over here.
