Where to find OC results?

I watched but the final result info seemed incomplete. Anyone know the full run down?

Donzilla 06-01-2008 07:02 PM

Frank needs to run all the gps and make sure of no breakouts
It will be unofficial for some time.

Is there an unofficial rundown.
I'm curious as to how my friends did. First and second race.

Thanks

FunHome 06-01-2008 07:56 PM

I know, it would be nice to get unofficial results right after the race......

DriverofDonzi 06-01-2008 08:05 PM

Smitty will post offical results within a few days....

Chris

MOBILEMERCMAN 06-01-2008 08:50 PM

Outrageous, Choas 007, Whos Your Daddy, to start. I would also like to see the full list of who was present and what classes they ran.
Thanks

Sanborn said 54 boats were present thats great. I sure would like to see who.

DriverofDonzi 06-01-2008 08:58 PM

54 boats.......that's great...Last year at Ocean City, I believe 43 boats showed up and raced.

lowblue320 06-01-2008 09:20 PM

who was in the boat that flipped?

MOBILEMERCMAN 06-01-2008 09:22 PM

Billy Moore was throttling.

Why so long for the "unofficial" results? They surely saw the order in which they crossed the finish line.

I hear you.

I won't care anymore in a couple of days.

frankenstein 06-01-2008 10:37 PM

Definitely should be some sort of results. Unofficial or not. I have some friends racing and I couldn't be there. I would like to know they are ok, and if I should congratulate them or laugh at them. Joking obviously. I hope the entire weekend was a success. I know alot of behind the scenes work was put into it. THANK YOU

We ended up with a 5th which considering that it was our first race in the boat and we did not test on Saturday and we still were having some motor issues and we started 1/2 mile behind everyone when the stupid starbord motor stalled. All and all we had a great time.

FX10 06-02-2008 04:40 AM

I can't believe this. Here it is Monday, and still no results. Official or not,

BobbyB 06-02-2008 06:58 AM

I am back home almost sunk the boat and ripped the drive off the boat.

berns29scarab 06-02-2008 07:54 AM

outrageous led all but 1 lap, ripped the seat out and got passed by crazy chicken...BUT CRAZY CHICKEN broke out so OUTRAGEOUS GOT THE WIN !! I also believe MUSCLE one there class, and Amzoil won there class, Reindel won class 8...Knot Guilty snapped the gimble and was towed back half sunk. Great weekend but very difficult to see from beach due to the fact that the course was 1000 yeards off shore.

So to the best of my knowledge it was
Geico ...unofficial
Reliable..unofficial
Muscle...unofficial
Outrageous..official
Reindel 1...unofficial

TYPHOON 06-02-2008 08:25 AM

class 5
Outrages
Typhoon
Goumada

Crazy Chicken Broke Out running 1st
Super Heat Brokeout running 4th
Specalized broke lap one

Thats all I can remember now. It was a bumpy ride!!!

1HYPER1 06-02-2008 08:46 AM

Great race as usual, but to far from the beach. You had alot of people that really could not see the boats.

Bobby, what happened to rip that drive off. Glad you guys are ok. I was wondering who was sinking out there by turn 3. Did you see my little Pantera in the middle of the course?:cool-smiley-011:

Bill,
I think it broke the gimbel ring and let the drive go. We really almost sunk it at the boat ramp. It was still draing water last night.

AugiePensa 06-02-2008 10:53 AM

Bobby, glad you guy's are OK. You looked great running.

AugiePensa 06-02-2008 10:58 AM

Jim, I'll ask Doreen to get you the list of the boats and she or Allan should have all the results.

A little bit of a slow start, but they lasted the whole race and finished. It was a rough ride...we saw them in the air alot from the beach. The boat looked like a crime scene when they returned, blood everywhere from the Navigators elbow. Doris

Simmons broke the port gimbal ring also. Luckily the tie bars and hydraulic steering held on all the good stuff like the drive :cool-smiley-011:
