FACT: There was an accident in the area with a waverunner and a pleasure boat. The waverunner incident had nothing to do with the accident on the course.

As a spectator, i traveled 6 hours to watch this exciting event. It was extremely exciting and worth the drive, I am just very saddened by the results. My condolences to the family. I can just only hope that when I pass, I am doing what I love. Thank you to all of you who race and lay it on the line for the "spectator"!!
