talked to smitty wed. most of the boardwalk hotels are already filled with familys for Beach Soccer which is a northeast conferance for kids soccer on the beach for about 5 blocks. the reason i know this is because we are the host hotel for this for the last 10 years. if opa races on that weekend it will be hard to find rooms, unless u booked now.

I asked upon checkout last year to book my room for 2009. How should I verify this was done and on the right date ?

I know the hotel is usually closed down during the winter, so let me know what I need to do to confirm 1 room.

If the race is indeed the last weekend of May, then I need to change my vacation time at work... I believe I went by what was posted here and probably took Monday June 8th off... :eek:

smitty is the only that can make the decision, maybe he will chime in an let us know. tim we probably have a room for the 6-7 weekend, becouse we haven't taken deposits yet. but i know my boat wount hit the water that weekend way to busy.

Thats correct. After some Juggling around, the OC date is May 30-31.
