Whats the latest ? Would like to get back into racing this year. I'm kicking the idea around with a couple of guys and we are curious of what is planned for the new season.
Is there going to be an informational meeting anytime soon?

Hi Tom. In February we will have our awards banquet/Meeting. Things are looking good for 2010.
We are working with the Hall, to lock up a date this week. The schedule will be out by Dec 1st. Just firming uo a few new sites. Smitty

For what its worth, class 6 is growing (26' and 70 mph). There are a least 2 new boats coming out next year. Maybe we can surpass the number of entrants in class 5??

I Know 2 Class 6 boats being built in Michigan right now. One is a Velocity 26 and the other is a 24 Sunsation.

Does this mean that I have to leam to throttle"The Panther"? Two bald old guys in a bright red boat, sounds interesting! I don't know if Pop-Pop can regress to that point, no air, no canopy, no GPS, no room service?

Don't know about C2, but I hope you run that thing with us in SV.

It would great to have you guys racing with us again.Class 5 will no doubt be strong in 2010..with at least 10 boats in the class;most likely more.See you at the OPA meeting!

Hey Chris,

I am Working on a deal for next year with someone else. Unfortunately I Don't think the Bounty Hunter will be racing next year. We Pretty Much used up all our spare parts, and unless the Economy turns around drastically to where I have an "Extra" 6 Figuers floating around Billy Martin Sr. and the Bounty Hunter will remain at the Bar and on the trailer lol. Hopefully everything works out though, still waiting for the final word :party-smiley-004:

Yes, I'm very interested in racing this year, hopefully pulling it together. One way or another, I'll be involved this season. I will definitely be at the meeting in February.
