Orange Beach Worlds
 

There seemed to have been some questions about if Orange Beach was a solid race site or not. Those questions have just been answered and Orange Beach is secure on the OPA schedule. Gary Nichols is back on the board of Thunder on the Gulf and has ensure this race will happen.

Orange Beach will be a joint OPA/POPRA World Championship event and the final race of the 2010 Geico Offshore Racing Series.

Get your boats ready Boyz, this is going to be a year to remember.

Unless something really bad happens, we'll be there. Even built a spare for it:drink:

Gary Nicoles resturant has THE BEST Rib Eye Steaks! Gary took care of Anthony, Jimmy, Kevin and myself for a week back in 2004-2005? The Police escorted us from the moment we arrived at 3 in the morning till the minute we left...Something about WATCH THOSE JERSEY BOYZ! The people in town roll out all kinds of carpets for the racers. Thanks Gary!

The cops seem to love Augie. This is from Biloxi 2004, right down the street from Orange Beach. Once they see his drivers license, the cops think they pulled over Tony Soprano himself. Notice the T-shirts as a payoff.:evilb:

When we spoke with Gary the other day, he mentioned that he always enjoys the Jersey Boyz, even feels like one himself minus the tatoos.:eek:

Gary and Orange Beach are excited for the return of big time racing in Orange Beach and looking forward to hosting the OPA/POPRA Worlds.
