Then it was on to Sunday :cool: Drivers meeting .....

Then it was onto the hot pits. Spent most of the weekend helping the safety/medical guys. Awesome, awesome group. I had soooo much fun. Thanks for letting me help :cool:

My ride on Sunday was a little different than I was used to :D Bruce asked me if I would help spot the race and talk with race control. It took a little bit to get used to it.... not the ride .... the radio with race control :D Between the air noise, the divers & pilots talking and the mutlitude of other distractions, it was pretty hard to hear up there without an ear piece. By the second race, our pilot was helping me out by turning the divers/pilots down when race control was talking to me. Made it much easier but I wish we would have figured it out on the first race :D Anyway, truly hope to do that again :cool:

I didnt take many pictures since I was up there with a job to do. Spotting to see if somebody was in trouble ... those guys that I love .... well ... that took priority over the opportunity for pics BUT Bruce did let me take a few before the race started and a couple here and there when the race was about over :cool: Definitely loved the views :coolcowboy:

It was a little windy up there and my camera sucks (I may have dropped it one or two many times) so some of the pics are a little blurry but you get the idea :cool:
