New "wing" on GIECO????
So Whats the story about the new verticle "Wing" or "spolier" on the GIECO turbine?????
Also did I hear there was a fire on the boat??? If so when will it be back in operation??? Thanks |
The wing is to help stabilize the boat at high speeds.
The fire was just a bigger flame out and because it was so windy it blew the flame back on the boat. There was just some cosmetic damage which was fixed that day. |

The boat hot started and had some fuel pooled in the turbine. Usually it just burns that off quickly this time the winds that day were pretty gusty and it blew raw burning fuel across the deck and canopy. Just scorched her a bit i guess.
