Class 6 Rule Questions?

Can we have a 3rd person in the boat, and can she wear a string bikini?
(VERY STRING)

Can we have water balloons on the boat (for the parade lap of course)

According to the rules, team uniforms have to be identical. So if she wears, you and Gary wear as well.

Water Balloons have been approved by the class.
