New Break Out Rule
We need to get a rule in place for Class 6 for the Breakout Homos. It is not fair to the team that actuality wins the race to be robbed of the checkered flag in front of the crowd and photographers. If you break out by 2 mph for more than 3 sec 3 times you get moved to the next class and your nuts cuts off and sent back to Jersey for what ever they do with them over there. !!!!!!!! :D
