Just a clarification, I pull up Nassau NY and it shows a town with a lake SE of Albany, you also say Long Island which I realize is Nassau County, which is kinda huge(off memory, half the island), Is there a specific town name like Freeport or Jones Beach for example that was mentioned so we could add specifics to our schedule?

In the offshore world, I hate assuming and as you know cash paying sponsors kinda utilize specifics, not assumptions, tba's, and/or tentatives.
