Thumbs down (9/19/16) RMK - Looks like we are going to be sitting out the next race

Looks like we are going to be sitting out Lake Hopatcong this weekend. Our driver while practicing his knife juggling act
(no, I'm not kidding.. he juggles knives at party's for kids while dressed as a cowboy or clown)

Well he sliced his finger pretty good and tendon surgery was required with a lengthy period of painful recovery (rehabilitation)
because the repaired tendons will be very weak until the ends heal together. Light activities can often be resumed after
6–8 weeks and heavy activities and sport after 10–12 weeks..I was holding off till the last possible moment with hopes the
surgeon would give him the all clear, no such luck.

Best of luck to all OPA teams this weekend.

Man..you just cant make this sh!t up.......

Missing a race because the knife juggling clown you picked as a driver stabbed himself....... If this isn't a serious WTF moment, I dont know what is.

The boat is very difficult to race safe at a good speed and I don't have a lot of experience at throttles and dave has less behind the wheel.

It's best to be safe at this point.
