As I've noted before, if we all agreed about everything, OSO would be a very boring place. However, bashing one group in favor of another doesn't benefit anyone. In fact, all it does is make people become more steadfast in their own convictions.

I'm going to ask everyone to call a truce. The 04 racing season has started and in this very dangerous sport I'm sure no one wishes ill will against anyone else. That should also include the race organizers.

OSS is trying to get off the ground. They need your help.
APBA is trying to regroup. They need your help.
SBI is probably in the best position in 04. They need your help.
OPA is trying to grow. They need your help.

How do you help? Go racing and act professional.

You should all be thankful that there are four race organizers that are willing to put forth the effort to give you a safe place to race. It's a thankless job with lots of heartache.

The real question is, would we be better served by just one sanctioning body? I think not. If you don't like one group over another, just don't go to their races. No need to degrade their efforts.

Offshore racing is all about having fun, God knows, racers don't do it for the money. So go out, have some fun, win some trophies and cherish the memories. The rest is all BS.

Pass the pipe and take a good long hit.......hold it, hold it.....ah now doesn't that feel better.

Even tho our team chose to be with SBI this year, I have all the respect in the world for Steve David as well as anyone who choses to race in any group. I've gone beyond paying attention to the gang that always finds something wrong with the "other" groups whoever they are babbling about.
