Your initial offer was for 120k. I told you, for someone like you who I knew, who I respected, and who I felt would be a good owner, the price was $150 (a bargain at the time). I did not ask for another 5k, I did not call you after another 2 days for a second additional 5K. Everyone who knows me at NJPPC, OPA, SBIP, and NJ Offshore, knows I do not play games.

I have no issues with your comments regarding the boat. My issue with you is your allegation that I changed the price, 2 times after we had a deal, and I was playing games. I do not do business that way!

By the way, I posted my full name and phone number, so everyone knows who I am, and how to contact me is necessary. Call me M-F during business hours, or send me your number and I’ll call you. We have to many friends in common, and have know each other to long, not to clarify this confusion.

In answer to you question, based upon the following definition, the portion of you post above, contains slanderous statements regarding me personally.
