any advice would be great...

what top speed can this boat do ?
what is it's value if it is a nice boat is good shape ?
how easy are they for resale ? is there lots of demand on outerlimits compared to a fountain 38 ?

is the 3 motor setup a good one ?

Boat should run 95 mph. I had my triple engine 98 for sale 3 years ago
was asking $185 and couldn't sell it, nobody wanted a triple engine boat.
The triple set up in the 37 is a wave crusher, is great for docking, takes time to get the trim setting right for different conditions. There are some speeds the boat just doesn't want to be at, either will porpoise or need a ton of tab. Also only 3 blade props work on this set up. Its a great boat and IMO sell for 135 to 150, including trailer, depending on condition.

Triples on this boat do run nice. Certain boats run better with them than others and I think this is one of them. Like BBB725 said it is a wave crusher. I would think 135k or so would be a decent price.
