waterboy222 10-13-2008 07:58 PM

i think he just sped up the video.. cats arent that fast. You'd need a fountain to reach those speeds..:food-smiley-007:

pm203 10-13-2008 10:11 PM

If you look closely in that video , you can see the reflection of the cat killer blowing by Golddigger like she was tied to the dock.

SCARABJ 10-14-2008 07:28 AM

Yea cat killer had already turned around about 40 miles before this part of the video.. this was in Charlotte harbor

Among 10-14-2008 09:19 AM

nice vid james ... tell jason he doesnt have to shave his head for aerodynamics when hes in a canopy boat.

Sunnydays 10-15-2008 06:15 AM

Coolerman 10-18-2008 02:22 AM

No more KE? I talked to him at the shootout and he was with Onken racing? or is that done and over with as well?

thats who owns KE Kustom Engines now... at the time the motors were to get redone Keith was in the middle of moving hence sterling filled in

bob 10-18-2008 08:39 PM

KE is with Onken Racing located in Easton, IL. Keith's number is 217-415-9568. Spoke with him today. He actually has a very interesting V-16 project going.

well we have never strung out digger.. its ran in the 170's

the skater has been in the low 180's but its like comparing apples to oranges their two different animals.

baja27 12-16-2008 08:15 AM

Scarabj would you say that the Skater has a better ride?

SCARABJ 12-16-2008 11:38 AM

You can not really compare shaft/rudder boats with #6 boats its two completely different feels... I will say that Digger is unbelievable quiet inside and handles like most rudder boats like its on rails.. but its big and eats up big water.... the skater feels much more like a sports car I'm sure if the outerlimits was 12ft shorter and a foot narrower it would feel more agile..
