Figured I would share with everyone some of the recent activity around the shop. First we have an SV52 open almost out of paint. Next is a SV40, no cabin boat, also in paint then headed off to be rigged with Mercury 700's. Then a custom painted 44SL is being finished up with paint work. Lastly is a SV43 in production.

The owner of the 52 flew in his personal painter to paint the boat. The other two are being painted in house.

You took the words right out of my mouth. Nice paintwork Dan. The boats look fantastic. Anything being done with the Merc 1100s or 1350s yet.

Nothing as of yet Gary. Of course they are an option for a customer if desired.

The 52 is a big boy! There's another one (52SL) in production as well!:D

I look forward in seeing this CC when it gets complete... I think the other Builders have noticed Nor-Tech success with there 39CC and jumping on the Outboard band wagon... Diversify, I love it that Outerlimits is building this. I have heard rumors that a mid west Cat Builder has a CC coming out as well.. :party-smiley-004: :evilb:

Dont forget we used to build a CC back in the late 90's.

Is the new CC hull based ojn the 37 ol hull? Whos doing the painting now? Did they rehire back the original painter? he was doing some crazy paint back in the day for its time.

Yes it is but with another step. Chuck Penwell is our in house painter.

Out of curiosity, is the original step location still retained with an addition step added (and if so where), or has the original step location changed? Are the steps larger?
