So I worked out a deal on the OL. Needs a lot of work to be nice. But a good start in my opinion. I'll keep everyone posted.

Post some pics. I'm dying to see what a $65k 37 outerlimits looks like.

Based on the pics I saw its a surprisingly sharp looking boat, but does need cleaning and for the cabin to be finished.

20 K can go a long way in cleaning and finishing a cabin and still only into it for 85 if asking price was paid. With that said I would also be easy to spend 50k too. Buyer just needs to be smart

Or 100K!! Before I started on my boat, I asked Rich a million questions about his re-make of Incognito. He said the biggest problem is every time you fix up one thing 10 other things look old and the cycle never ends. With that said, if you're not looking to put big power in it and don't mind a mix of old and new, then you can get off cheaper. Also, knowing what I know now, I would almost assume a fair amount of motor and drive work will be required. I'm not a motor expert by any means, but I do know motors don't like sitting around for long periods of time. I would guess the same with drives.

I did just receive some pictures of it via email and from what I can tell, the boat has an updated paint job on it.....big first step IMO.
